“Fortunate Son” isn’t on this album. However, I do give thanks to the novel written above.

CCR's Cosmos Factory is an absolute masterpiece that continues to captivate music enthusiasts across generations. Bursting with timeless hits and an unmistakable blend of rock, blues, and folk, this album is a testament to the band's brilliance and raw talent. From the energetic and anthemic "Travelin' Band" to the hauntingly beautiful "Who'll Stop the Rain," each track on Cosmos Factory takes listeners on a sonic journey like no other. The soulful and powerful vocals of John Fogerty, coupled with the electrifying guitar riffs and tight rhythm section, create an irresistible combination that leaves a lasting impression. The album's standout track, "Fortunate Son," remains an iconic protest song, reflecting the social and political climate of its time. With its impeccable songwriting, infectious melodies, and impeccable musicianship, CCR's Cosmos Factory stands as a true masterpiece that continues to inspire and resonate with music lovers worldwide.

I owned it on vinyl. I got it on 8 track. I bought it on cassette and then on CD. I own it digitally. Really great music still today.

Before purchasing this album, I had numerous songs from their two volume hits collection but it's impossible to purchase the 11:07 minute version of Heard It Through The Grapevine unless it's purchased as part of an album. More than worth it. Love CCR.
