- It Is Her Time

Randy Jackson may have told Kat it was "not her time," but now, her time has come. This is a delightful album of self-penned songs that showcases Kat's ability as a vocalist, songwriter and her sense of humor. This is not a sparse album. The backing music is full and delivered by some terriffic session musicians. The selections are fresh and the entire album delivers the warmest feeling of any album I've purchased in quite some time.
- Stunning new music

Kat Edmonson never disappoints. This quirky new album highlights Ms. Edmonson's uniquely etheral voice and her phrasing of the lyrics is reminiscent of the talented interpretation of Blossom Dearie or Frank Sinatra. This is my new favorite album. My only criticism - I wish there was more! Cannot wait to hear her tour with these great new songs.
- A quieter, even more contemplatice album

This is Kat's fourth album. When it swings, it swings very easy. It's a little different from past albums because it's slower. But that may be because so much of it feels almost autobiographical. Thoughtful and very recommended.

Ms. Edmonson demonstrates a Lena Horne/Billie Holiday vocal style throughout this EP. She did share
the stage with the InkSpots when her Mother brought her onstage to perform her very first concert.
This is an Sparkling Gem to listen to from the opening to closing tracks, thank you for the change
of pace from mainstream Music - Very Refreshing !
