After reading through many of the reviews, yes, most of us who bought the album heard the band first on Guitar Hero. You've established that. However, for those of you who say it's the best album you've ever heard, go out and listen to some other music. Don't get me wrong; this album is great, but not THAT great. That being said, I like this album a lot. Normally, bands from this genre are generic and bore me to death with their repetitive choruses and clichéd riffs, but Drist is able to keep things interesting and energetic. I'd say Decontrol, Pollute The Sound, Arterial Black (of course), Herophelia, and Push Me Off are the best on the album. If you like Arterial Black or even just the previews and have $9.99 burning a hole in your pocket, definitely check this album out. It's worth the money.

The second album has a clearly consistent sound. Drist seems more refined in this album compared to Bitter Halo. The songs all seem to focus around relationships in one way or another. This was the first Drist album I bought, and it is keeps entertaining me today. I've jammed to this album countless times in my car. You know the look that people in other cars give you when your alone going wild air guitaring or being a singing rockstar-yeah that's what this album does to you. That is pretty much how you know it is an awesome album. Buy it. You'll be listening to it for years. I've been and I am so proud. Look for the new album Science of Misuse coming out soon!

I absolutely love this album. Almost every song on here is a classic, my favorite being Herophelia. But where's their new album, Science of Misuse? It was supposed to be released in Feburary of 2009, it's now September... don't keep us waiting for another masterpiece, Drist.

You may think that very fast songs like "Decontrol" and "Arterial Black" would eventually become annoying to listen to, WELL, beg to differ on this album I've these songs for a year and listen to them about 3-6 times a week and I'm still enjoying it. YOU HAVE TO BUY DECONTROL AND ARTERIAL BLACK! THE BEST SONGS!!!

I first heard the song Decontrol on Guitar Hero 1 and I thought I would go and buy it. Then, I heard Arterial Black on Guitar Hero 2 and then I bought that song. Thos are the best songs on the album!

Drist is the kind of band that makes you think "why aren't there other bands like this?" It's really to bad that they had to brake up. If they wouldn't have, they'd be huge. Their grunge-metal sound is just what society needs to overcome rap. Buy this album and all their other ones, because they do not have a bad song. Thanks for reading
