These guys were pretty much overlooked back in the day. The first time I heard bang go the bells, I was hooked. Both of the first two albums are fantastic. The first one is self titled and the 2nd one is "Nothing Sacred" probably hard to find, but worth looking for.

Whne Babylon hits the air waves in the early summer of 1989 I used to crank their tunes at this beach where my buddies and I used to hang out. Within minutes several babes would gather around and just stop whatever they were doing because what these were doing was unique, new, fresh and damn all the songs are solid. OK, this live cd is amazing. They capture a little of all their moments in time in this one recording. I'd say buy the self titled debut album first, then buy this one one then work back through the rest of their short catalog. Rock!

When I first heard bang go the bells on the radio the first thing i thought was that the song is absolutely amazing. It has a great metal rhythm and the lyrics are good. It is by far my favorite song, and I have to say that if you like metal if you buy one song, it better be this one.

But I finally recognized where I heard the song "The Kid Goes Wild" before...it's from "Robocop 2"-I originally thought that song was a Skid Row song...boy was I wrong. (don't worry ;Bill Engvall already gave me my sign.)
