Staaaaahhhhhpppppp. How did I not know this existed until now? Anna, you are timeless and perfect, and the evolution and maturation of your sound, writing, and production are wonderfully displayed here. Every song in this album is amazing, ”Knots” and “Burn and Fade” in particular really pack a punch for me.

This album is everything. It means as much to me at this stage of my life as Wreck of the Day did so many years ago. Anna continues to be an absolute genius who can make you feel like each song was written just for you and your life.

Anna kills it on this album. Her poetic lyrics and honesty are back and better than ever. This album tells the story of Anna's journey from a bad relationship and ends with her dreams for love. Anna is so incredibly talented and I cannot get enough of this album. Her lyrics are incredible and the more you listen, the more you understand her story and fall in love with her album. Anna has such a beautiful way of connecting to this honesty inside of her and saying the things we've all gone through. Welcome back Anna -- your work is incredible.
- Another step forward

I am fairly open minded when it comes to music, and can appreciate many genres of music, but I do normally gravitate towards hard rock/heavy metal. I bring this up because, although I mostly listen to a different style of music, my attention can be pulled away from those genres when I recognize a truly talented artist in another genre. Like most people who know of Anna Nalick, I first heard her years ago when Wreck of the Day was released. My sister bought the cd, and I heard her playing it several times, which sparked my interest. I wondered what had happened to her for quite some time, because I thought it was odd that such an amazingly talented singer/songwriter could just vanish from the main stream. I was reminded of her recently, and when I looked into her on ITunes, I saw she had another album “Broken Dolls & Odds & Ends” from 2011, and that her new album “At Now” was to be released shortly. Now that I have literally tripled the number of songs I have heard of hers, In such a short period of time, I am even more impressed by her talent. Especially her ability to transcend several genres of music seamlessly! Country/Folk/& Alternative are a few that stand out. The tone of her voice is hauntingly beautiful, and the emotion in her voice seems 100% genuine! It’s obvious that music is an integral part of her soul, and I am so glad that she is still writing and recording! I just found out she will be playing at the Iridium in Manhattan this week, and I will definelty be buying tickets to see her! Thank you Anna, for giving me music that soothes my mind when I’m taking a break from heavy metal! ;)
- Amazing album!
