I was first introduced to Band of Horses while preparing for a stage race in Moab, UT. The dj played St. Augustine and I immediately loved it and downloaded it from iTunes. The song took me back to the race and the anxiety, exhileration, and joy of the day. A few months later, while watching "How I Met Your Mother," I heard another song and googled the lyrics. When I found out that it was The Funeral from the same album, I bought the rest of the album. It has been the best album that I have purchased in the last five years. Their peaceful melodies relax me whenever I listen. I rate every song as a five star. I have never done that before. This is a great album that I play in my classroom during school frequently.
