Look, I don’t even have kids and this thing is full of gems. “More time with you” in particular stands out as a fantastic song. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot. Then sing about bears in the woods.

This album is so cool! My husband and I don’t have children yet, but I do nannying for a family with little ones. The kids are constantly listening to music (some I can only listen to for so long!). This album is so not that way. It has such a good vibe and is something I can enjoy as well as the kids. Love the lyrics too. Can’t wait for my own children to grow up listening to this! Hoping Josh keeps making more Young Folk music in the future!

We love this album! A children’s album that is SO fun for adults as well... you don’t find this often! My daughter’s favorites are Messy Bessy and Going To Knoxville and she dances to them nonstop.

This album is one that the kids will love and the parents will too. Josh does a great job of writing songs for kids in music that is relevant today. From the hard beat of “Messy Bessy” to the sweet lullaby “Blanket” this album spans many musical genres. A fresh entry into the “singer/songwriter” genre which is an almost non-existent sub-category that offers eclectic and incredible music for children and their grown-ups that both will love and listen to over and over again. Will not be surprised if several of these songs become beloved classics that will ripple through generations.
