The pieces are arranged masterfully and executed with grace, beauty and obvious joy. This album is perfect for a holiday playlist not only in of itself, for its depth and skill, but also to give any listener a break from overproduced holiday vocal tracks. Stephen Bennett's guitar is amazing and beautiful.
  • Wonderful take on Christmas tunes.

Stephen Bennett is obviously a world-class player. These songs will make you smile. There's a positive vibe hear and he manages to keep the pace moving right along. Some tunes even have a jump blues groove with a percussive backbeat (Good King Wenceslas and Walking In A Winter Wonderland for example). You won't believe that Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies is played by a solo guitarist. Amazing. Great CD for Christmas dinner music, decorating the tree or just relaxing with a glass of wine.
