East River Pipe create fantasitc pop jems. Well written, perfectly produced, I wish more people took the time to make music like this. I'm not sure I totally agree with the Yoshimi thing, A couple songs are in that same vien, but Yoshimi is just a rip-off of a rip-off that can go all the way back to the Spacemen 3, so stop comparing it to other music because nobody's really doing anything ground breaking (aside form maybe Dresden Dolls). Just take it for what it is, really welll crafted music. If you like that sort of thing you should really take a listen.

but it sounds quite similar to Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots in my ears, only not as well thought out. Good listen, but nothing ground breaking really.
