Someone decided to take some classic 80's tunes and then render them TOTALLY unrecognizable by butchering / burying them in overdone, hyper-techno, stupid remixes. I'm serious: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY ANY OF THESE OTHERWISE CLASSIC 80'S TUNES anymore. It's just crap. People who gave this even so much as two stars....I wonder how intelligent they are.

I bought this years ago when it was first released on CD and I still play it regularly. Great new mixes of great older songs. The Sparks Mix of "Suedehead" alone is worth the price of admission. I keep hoping they'll release another collection of mixes in this series. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!!!

I am a huge fan of 80's music as well as Electronic music and I think that this album is a must have for anyone that loves good remix's of good songs.

I bought this CD on my way to Hawaii last December for a cruise and I listened to it the whole time I was there! Even to this day the remixes of these songs stick in my head! My favorite is Shake the Disease (Tiga Remix) - it has such an infectious backbeat running through it that you pick up on that and it makes you want more. Nowhere Girl (Adam Freeland Remix) grows on you too if you give it a chance. Situation, The Walk and Lips Like Sugar are all great remixes as well. If you like this kind of music, definately buy this album! I have been listening to this for almost a year now and it is easily one of my favorites! If you're a Morrissey fan, buy track 14, but you probably won't like the rest of the songs. Just the opposite if you're not a Morrissey fan (like me - no offense).

I just bought the Morrissey track because I am a huge fan. I'm just not so sure how I feel about it. It is different and it may grow on me. But the beginning is almost like they are making fun of him. I asked myself if Morrissey would like it and I don't think he would.

I've not bought the entire album, just this song. Huge Morrissey fan and very harsh judge of remixes, but this one is just tops. Something about it just touches all the right chords with me. LOVE IT.
