    "A Hopeful Place" is a musical journey through life - from birth to death - with Kristi Holden's lovely voice as your guide. Dan Redfeld's music ebbs and flows like a breeze around you, at times lush and grand, at others whimsical and playful, but always evocative of the feelings inherent in that particular point in life the music represents. Movement IV is my favorite, possibly because it veers almost into musical theatre territory and allows Ms. Holden's vocals to really shine, but that's just my own personal taste. If you like classical music that has the power to lead you through a lifetime of emotions, this could be the album for you.

John Gabriel Koladziej’s uplifting and inspiring lyrics are wonderfully brought to life by Dan Redfeld’s masterful and colorful composition and orchestration, all sung by the incomparable Kristin Holden, who virtuosically and tastefully maneuvers the many colors of her refined soprano instrument to bring about the maximum impact of the heartfelt message of this song cycle. If you love being moved by the power of hope and of music, this album will make it’s way to the top of your favorites!

    Love this lush, beautiful contemporary classical piece. The orchestrations are beautiful in a modern way. Kristi Holden's golden soprano voice soars throughout this album...was blown away! Loved this album from top to bottom....with such a beautiful uplifting message. Definitely great addition to my music!

    This is an amazing listen! Gorgeous melodies & colorful orchestration, profound lyrics all capped by the superb Kristi Holden (soprano) and the Hollywood Studio Symphony. Ms. Holden is an amazing actress and technician. The orchestra is top notch. Will be following Redfeld and Koladziej from now on. This piece ranks among the best song cycles in the repertoire! Buy it - you won't be disappointed!
