Well I suppose I am bias about the 80's (and early 90's) being the best music decade ever...I grew up with it, and it's all I listen too! Khymera's last 2 albums "A New Promise" and "The Greatest Wonder" are truly a throwback to that era, with great riffs, catchy melodies, and a beat you can't stop groovin' too. Usually on an album you get 3 or 4 great songs, if you're lucky...Not the case with Khymera. Every song is 4 and 5 star quality. My favorite is #5 (All that I have). When you here this song I think you will agree that it takes you right back to the place in your life where all that mattered was that special someone you love...I can't stop listening to it! "Khymera is a great find" would be an understatement. I stummbled across them by accident, heard their sound, and immediately bought all their albums. Anyone who likes the 80's hair bands (there are too many to mention) will love these guys too! Highly recommended. Thanks iTunes, and keep the albums of this caliper coming!!!!!!!

Just discovered this group on ITunes. What a great 80's melodic sound. Truely a gem. This group and their sound is why 80's melodic rock will never die.

This second release is now fronted by bass player Dennis Ward from Pink Cream 69 and was amazed at his vocal ability. This album has everything in a rock album and has that late 80's style of rock which I have miss so much. Khymera next album is out in Feb and looking forward for more material from these talented artist. You need to check these guys out they really rock!!!!!

This album has all the finest elements of what makes melodic rock live. Great 80's vibe, keyboards, chunky guitars, killer solos, big background vocals, and cathcy melodies. Take all your favorite elements from that era and it's all right here. Dennis Ward (Pink Cream 69) Vocals.
