An amazing talent, an amazing writer, and an amazing person. Every song is infectious, just like on Page One. Keep em’ coming Steven.

Love the new album. Mama is fantastic. Same amazing voice and great lyrics playing around with some big band and island vibes. Can't wait until volume 2 comes out. I so hope his music starts getting more recognition.

For me BNL was about great songwriting from the team of Page & Robertson, like a Lennon & McCartney partnership. And also like The Beatles, Steven & Ed were stronger as a whole with BNL, then separately as the 2 individual parts that comprise the whole (think of a yin/yang symbol). With the exception of Ed's song "You Run Away", I feel Mr. Page's solo work is considerably stronger as evidenced by his albums Page One and now Heal Thyself. For me his highwatermark after BNL is his song "A New Shore" from Page One with his cascading and uplifting Land Ho refrain at the end. This new album is once again masterfully crafted from a songwriting perspective and highlights Mr. Page exceptional voice.

What can I say, this is everything you want it to be and more. The songwriting is great, the melodies stay with you for days! From production to performance this is Steven Page at his best. I am a musician and buy a lot of music, I have never gifted anything ITunes related etc. I did so with this album because I want more people to hear it. Don't stop writing, we are listening and enjoying it!

Oh look, it's Steven Page doing what he does best - cranking out complete albums, completely entertaining albums. Steven is a very visual songwriter. If you are looking for an album that easily allows you to draw out scenes in your mind, his are the ones to buy. Hard to pick a standout track because they all stand out. Clearly the genius behind BNL, he has carried that goodness into his solo career.

Excellent effort from Mr. Page. His work here is as good, or better than anything he did w/ BNL. I personally love Hole in the Moonlight, Linda Ronstadt in the 70's & I can see my house from here. Terrific.

…we’ve missed you. For me, Steven Page has been the voice of Barenaked Ladies. We had the good fortune to see BNL a year ago, but without Steven, the band was good but flat. Happened to be shopping in Banff lately and heard Mr. Page’s voice on the sound system…it was instantly recognizable (like Frank Sinatra or Elvis) so I wondered if he was back. Apparently, he is. I bought most of the tracks— some for nostalgia, some for adventure. Thanks.

Steven Page is one the few artists who I would buy his album blindly without listening to it first. Bought it. Listened to it. Loved it! I love his sound and writing. This is a great album!

An absolute delight, and I can say that confidently despite the fact I'm not even halfway through the record! Page is a phenomenal talent, how I love him!
