This was nothing but a fraudulent money grab. The music has no heart or soul. It is obvious that the band doesn't give a s$%t. How can they expect the fans to? If Jerry was here, he'd toss Bobby down the stairs again.

Probably because I lost out on seats at the $5k mark, then they announced Dead & Co. and I was thinking thank God I didn’t pay $5k to see the Chicago shows…..but like with anything Dead related I got over it and am going to the Vegas shows…to the guys that say this just isn’t the same Dead or pathetic why do Deadheads buy into it…the answer is because we LOVE the members of the Dead and their music no matter which version of the band is playing it….I will say that this show is much better than the Jerry Show’s of the 93-95 years when he was there but wasn’t…The sound is excellent, even if you aren’t an audiophile..I’ll take soundboard over tapers any day!!

How could deadheads be so dumb to buy into this garbage?
  • Wayyyy Better Than Dead & Co

These shows have true Dead magic. For 5 shows the Grateful Dead lived again in 2015. Dead & Co is just an overpriced cover band, thus is the real deal.

It’s a good performance, but something (or someone) is missing. As a Deadhead (albeit slightly reformed) I have to say this: it’s just not the Dead without Jerry Garcia. In terms of sound quality, it’s an excellent recording that’s been hobbled by Apple and their 256 bit rate format - which is absurd considering it is 2015, most people have broadband and are willing to pay for hi-res files.

This is good, but man I can't wait for the Dead & Company shows to be released, John Mayer blew me away on the guitar, had no idea he could play like that!

I can close my eyes and remember each thing, from the ride there to dancin' the night away with thousands of my brothers and sisters. I'm so very grateful to have had this experience. Perfect. In every way. ✌🏻️⚡️🌹💙

Early review because I was there. Milestone piece for serious fans. I hope the sound quality matches the solid playing and vocals. If you want to buy it to replicate being there get the video version instead. Trey was a nice touch to an epic weekend of live music.
