If I could give this zero stars I would. Who makes an EP with 3 previously released songs of which all of the previous version are leaps and bounds better? Then adds two filler noise tracks leaving you with only 3 new songs after nearly 3 years off? Pretty embarrassing release. I've used every Bang & Olufson piece of sound equipment I own to sample this entire EP hoping for a different result each time. The result is a poorly recorded offering from such a talented set of musicians. All the hype behind this release and it falls flat on its face. Since when did we as humans listen to music in hopes the vocals would be louder than the technical and talented musicianship? If anyone wants to here voices over music we'd listen to a choir of sorts. To the after image... You should consider going back to the drawing board.

This band’s first EP was great. All over the place with originality. Now their songs are all starting to sound the same. Taking the focus off the music and putting it instead on the clean vocalist. I feel this is the wrong move for the band. We’ll see what they do with their LP.

This captivating EP is genre-bending. Very technical while still remaining melodic and heavy.

For the sake that I love TAI and their music I'm still going to rate this album a 5 start. Now for my real opinion, I felt like they just released material laying around for months on end and just slapped a EP together with some electronics..the band spilt for awhile as they were working on the album so that heavily impacted the writing process. This was a disappointing release 3 songs we already head and I don't count the electronic parts as "songs" so in all we got 3 new songs..I wish they had dedicated more time into this EP even though the rest of the band was doing their own thing. Hopefully next time they don't just put some last minute crap together like this and actually invest the proper time into the music cause they are way better then this. The EP would have came out way better then this if they invested in it.

And this ep is easily number 1 within my entire library. What will it take for my voice to be heard again? What will it take for my life to be whole again?

The mix is a little off, but it can't detract from what is ultimately an amazing ep/cd from these guys.

Only 27 minutes and 3 tracks I've already played multiple times (Seeking, Onyx, Unseen). It's still pretty good, but after waiting a year, you'd expect A LOT more. Kinda disappointed.
