I've been a fan from the beginning. Sorry Geoffe had to go, however the new vocalist has breathed new life into the band. Attitude does matter. While I liked the previous record, this one seems more in line with what a long time Q fan would like. I can throw a CD of this in my car stereo and listen to the whole album just like I did back in "the good ole days". I can find something new with each listen. That's what got me interested in the band from the very first. I don't have to opine for the past any more. Thanks for getting back to it fellas!

He also sounds like Tony Harnell.

I Find it pathetic that a band would fire a singer and hire a sound a like.
If this band wanted to move on ... then get a new singer with a new sound. Now QR you are riding the coattails of the voice and style of Mr Tate that got you there.
Move on QR but stand on your own not on the shoulders of Geoff.
This is a tribute band hiding under the real name you don’t deserve.
Learn a lesson from Black Star Riders.

Nothing like trying to go back in time instead of broadening your horizons. A true artist try's to take risks, do more to get better and reach out to more people. A true artist wants to display their work to more and more people. They hate the feeling of flatlining, spinning the wheel of time instead they want to move forward.
Now for the positive part the band has spark again even though they sound like their early music. I do like the music, it's energetic and fun to listen to.
Maybe with the splitting of Tate we will get two very good bands. Yes maybe DeGarmo's was the key to the Ryche, but let's move on and give both these band a shot, three albums to prove themselves.

This has to be the best CD almost since Mindcrime. Tpdd is a definite Tate clone, but better!!! This CD is great beginning to end, you will not be disappointed I promise. Especially if you are a Mindcrime fan!
- Great Album!

This is one of the best Queensryche albums in years! As good as anything they did with Tater.
- Ryche way to go

I have to honestly say that missing Tate is a disappointment, but the final ryche compilations were sadly trash and the change needed to be made.
I have all the compilations and sans degarmo -- this is the best one yet.
Don't even waste time on the Tate knockoffs... They are as utter trash as dedicated to chaos...
- A amazing comeback!!

I've always loved the uniqueness of the Ryche & After being a fan for 30 yrs, I've been disappointed in the direction Tate's taken them in the last 15. I bought 3 songs on this album to check out new singer DeLatorrre
Wow!!!! Great album & a return to the heavy sound we all love!!!! One of the years best!!!
The drumming is amazing
Can't wait to see them live!!!
- Good, but far from a masterpiece

It’s better than any of the post-2000 Queensryche dregs, but a far, far cry from their best. Listen to Operation: Mindcrime, Empire or Promised Land, then listen to this, and I’m pretty sure you’ll see what I mean.

It’s so amazing to be excited about a Queensryche album again. This is excellent work by them and i love it. Familiar sounds from previous albums and new heavier riffs makes this a welcome addition. I can’t stop listening to it. The songs are well written with multilayer arrangements and the guitar work is kickass. Oh, and the vocals are spot on. I hope this is a sign of things to come! Rock on QR!
